Tricia Patterson, LPC, is a faith-led executive, Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice at True Inspiration Counseling Services, PLLC, and CEO & Founder of Tricia Patterson Inspires, LLC. As the visionary behind the R.E.A.L. Men Collective, she creates transformative experiences designed to strengthen emotional wellness, leadership, purpose, and personal growth among high-performing individuals and organizations.
With a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and more than 25 years of experience in speaking, teaching, and leadership development, Tricia has trained and inspired thousands across corporate, educational, nonprofit, and community sectors. Her background as a former Delta Air Lines Flight Attendant, Facilitator, and Corporate Leader sharpened her ability to lead strategically, communicate with impact, and connect authentically across diverse and global audiences.
Known for her intelligent insight, executive presence, warmth, and emotionally grounded leadership style, Tricia blends clinical expertise with transformational personal and professional development. Her work is rooted in her faith and guided by her personal motto: “I am at my best when I am helping others be their best.”

In 2019, Tricia and her mother, Ms. Viola Caldwell, made history at the University of North Texas at Dallas as the institution’s first Mother-Daughter duo to graduate together with a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Their journey reflects a shared commitment to healing, advocacy, education, and empowering others through compassionate care and emotional wellness support.
What began as a personal milestone became a powerful representation of resilience, purpose, and generational impact—values that remain deeply woven into the personal and professional mission and vision of Tricia Patterson Inspires.
